  Yea this olace is a joke scammers would take youre money and not calling you back unless u call them 3-5 a day then they will call u in 2-3days back u will get lucky if they. Call you back after u called and leave a bm saying "hi this is griselda looks like a miss a call from this nUmber if your looking for a new home please call us back blah blah" so anyway i have a VERY VERY BAD experienced with this property saw the ad in CL $99 to move in!! I was like yay so I emailed twice called alot never got a call back so I decided to gonand see the place talk to both managers "i think" a guy names andre hes like the higher position with the griselda chick so i went spoke to griselda about me lookong for a 1b with petso i told her everything up front Even me having a BAD CREDIT so i asked her so whats rhe catch? Why only $99?? She said were trying to get people as much as we can and who doesnt wanna move in for $99? I was like right who doesnt so long story short when i called back to asked if i can get my $99 back since its been over two weeks with nothing no update or calling me back (unless i called them) still didnt called so finally after two weeks (+) she called and said hi im just calling you back i got ur email blah blah so i called back i said hi yea im not interested anymore i would like my $99 back she was like. Sorry u cant have it back since its been 48hrs i said what donu mean? Yea its been 48hrs hours it means u cant have it back. I said u never said anything about that if u do then i should be callin u everyday or even drive there i said even emailing me u havent she was like i did email you i said when? She said two days ago i said i haven't received anything from you so she try to olay it off oh wait whats your email? I spelled it to her she was like ohh omg it says here dot not underscore insaid why would i put DOT when i had that email address forever then she tried to change topic blah blah (mind you this call was more than 2weeks already and while shes talking to me on the phone she was on speaker and 2 of my coworkers can hear her.) while shes talkin i said yea hold on she said oh im sorry am i on the speaker? I said yes they can hear everything you said shes like im sorry i may have to call you back and talk to my manager about this i said ok u do that. And havent hear from her after that so my supervisor at work said and coworkers told to call and file a complaint to BBB i was like all i ever i want is a damn 1 bed lol with my dog and dont mind paying extra for her but then calling me back and telling me AFTER more than 2 weeks that oh so sorry u didnt get approved for the $99 move so u have to pay the reg rent 1st and last plus deposit plue pet deposit and a non refundable pet deposit and application and monthly pet i was loke the nerve of this girl is so much i guess

• Review of "Greenacres Learning Center" at Des Moines

  I love this daycare! I would and have recommended it to many people. I was hesitant at first to put my child in a center because my oldest child was in an in home day care until she started kindergarten so I was used to that. Greenacres is a family business and one of a kind daycare and I feel fortunate to have stumbled upon them 5 years ago. My daughter started out here when she was only 4 months old in the the baby room and now is a "little rascal" the room right before she starts kindergarten next year. The staff has always been friendly and great to me and my child. My daughter loves going to school here and runs in every morning in excitement for the day. She didn't even want to go away for vacation because she was afraid she would be missing out on something. They do an excellent job preparing kids for kindergarten, which is very important. Thank you to everyone at Greenacres for taking such good care of my daughter.

  Excellent CPA firm that met all of my companies needs. I highly recommend if you are a business owner, give Mark & Marks a call. They also are a very professional office and nice to work with.

  Graduated and they Generalise you completely. You have no individuality that people notice, you are just another student at the school. The staff is rude to students if they arent familiar with you. They take your money senior year. Teachers are old and dont tend to care about what students think, dont help with grades they only blame you. Most teachers only know one way to teach which means students that learn differently have a hard time. Bad school but could be worse.
